The Korean Fusion Food Truck, My Four Suns, was a concept developed as a way to honor my mother, Haeng Sun. Her recent passing gave me the little spark that I needed to fuel the fire and make this come to life. Her passions were family, food and traditional Korean fare. That's what my family and I grew up with. The truck was named after my four sons, Karl, Konner, Hayden and Mason. My mother's middle name was Sun as well as Konner's, so I thought it was fitting to name the truck after them.


My Four Suns will be serving some traditional Korean fare with an "in fusion" of other cultural influences. By no means will this be a 'gourmet' food truck. It will be a way for fellow foodies to experience the eats that bring me right back to my childhood. The menu will deliver an authentic Korean taste while combining some favorite 'finger foods' like our Korean Style Hot Wings or our Tornado Potato.
